Masuk ke Control Panel (start > control panel).
Lalu masuk ke System and Security.
Setelah itu klik Windows Update.
Lihat pada Panel sebelah kiri, Klik Change Settings.
Pada kotak Important Updates Pilih Never check for updates (not recommended).
Setelah selesai Klik Ok.
Windows 7 anda tidak akan meminta Update lagi.
