How to Update File WE9 2011
Extract the update file
Then copy-paste KONAMI-WIN32WE9UOPT/KONAMI-WIN32PES5UOPT file to the folder My Documents / KONAMI / Winning Eleven 9/save/folder1.
When in my Document no konami folder, then you play the first WE9 have installed earlier. After that, exit and repeat step number 2.
